A detailed design of your future landscape is the foundation for our creativity here. Following our design and build options we can bring your concepts and ideas into reality. We can transform your outdoor area into a beautiful and functional space while addressing any challenges with the landscape (i.e., drainage, site conditions, etc.). For our design and build options we primarily service mid-coast Maine, however, we can offer design services beyond that range. Have questions about the process?

Design & Installation
The Process
After contacting us we will reach out to set up a time for the initial consultation. During the initial meeting, our designer will go over the details of the process and discuss the objectives and goals for your landscape. Measurements of the property will be taken at this time to begin the planning phase.
1. Consultation & Site Analysis
A site layout is created based on the site analysis and recommendations are made for any challenges with the landscape. Once you approve the basic plan, a master plan is created with featured design elements for the landscape.
2. Planning
With the completion of the master plan, we will provide quotes for the overall project and options for you to remain inside your intended budget.
3. Design Proposal
After approval of the proposal, we will begin site preparation work for your outdoor space. The prep work can vary including: tree removal, grading/drainage, vegetation removal, soil amendment, etc. Installation of stonework and/or plants can begin!
